PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONSH Hidraulica

RILSAN coating offers excellent protection against corrosion for parts of any shape (tubes, flanges, joint cross, elbows, T-joint, Y-joint and others), for new parts and maintenance. Steel, cast iron and aluminum are protected.

It has an outstanding resistance to:
• water, effluent liquid, salted water immersion
• sea air
• Detachment cathodic
• Hydrocarbons, solvent and a substantial number of chemical products.

Product Features


The main feature of the material is being a thermoplastic which is obtained by the polycondensation of 11 aminoundecanoic acid. It is derived from castor oil which is made from seeds of castor plants.

The result of this process is polyamide of 11 carbon atoms with the formula: H[HN – (CH2)10 – CO]n OH
