This product makes maintenance easier as well as preload control and reading of the accumulators, although loss is minimum. Monthly reading is recommended to ensure product and component durability and performance.

• Excessive Preload: Excessive Nitrogen Preload doesn’t cause any problems or operating damage in the Balloon or Piston Accumulator, but it prevents the accumulator from performing correctly in a circuit, which causes damage to the system in accordance to the accumulator application.

• Low Preload: Lower Preload than the default one of the project can damage the balloon/ membrane so durability may decrease or immediate rupture may happen.
In Piston Accumulators, piston impact against the lid may happen.
